“Beautiful location right on Lake Ontario. Something for everyone to do. Rock painting, board games, Wii games, swimming in the lake, bird watching, yard games. We stayed for a week in late July and were very comfortable and entertained in the house. The house does have whole house A/C, plenty of lawn chairs, gas grill, picnic table, fire pit. An easy climb down natural rock steps allows access to swimming, floating in Lake Ontario. Bring your own inner tubes, rafts. The kitchen is pretty……

“Don't expect a fancy hotel with this one. It is somewhat run down. Some door handles were broken, baseboards and carpets messed up, bathroom with rusty ceiling. The rooms are spacious and the staff were great. The breakfast included was a grab-and-go breakfast bar with cereal, granola bars, fruit, and donuts. There is nothing hot for breakfast. Make sure you look at the Palm Island Waterpark hours. It's advertised in the name, but it was only opened for a few hours on the weekend when we came in……

“Check-in was quick and easy. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the location and the quietness of the hotel. If you have a normal diet (no allergies like me) then this breakfast looked delicious!! All in all would recommend!! ”
