"Check in was fast and staff was friendly. When entering our room it was clean and the air was on and the room was nice and cool! This place was centrally located to where we would be eating and shopping at. We'll be coming back and staying here again, great value too!"

I understand it’s a budget option, but with a bit more maintenance it could offer a better experience. I stayed out of necessity, although I personally wouldn’t choose it again."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at the Sleepy Bear. The rooms were very clean, we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning, watching the brook and sipping on our coffee. The staff was super friendly and I would highly recommend this motel and if we are in Gatlinburg again, we will stay there."
