「What a great hotel! Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. The family room (for me, my husband and my two uni-aged kids) was spacious and spotless. The bathroom gleaming clean. The mattresses were very comfortable, soft and hard pillows provided, beautifully laundered bed linen too. Little details -- like the hairdryer attached to the mirror, and a standing fan (which we had to use as it was a hot night), and a fridge -- showed that the management are really thinking about...

「Really enjoyable stay. Hotel and rooms have been modernised and look great, aside from a few creaky floorboards! Very quiet when we stayed (missed the nightclub by one day fortunately). Perfect location for the town, castle, river, etc. Knocked off a mark for service as there's not a lot of staff around, but you can call for help if needed (but we didn't need to as it happened).」

「Off to a bad start due to the, otherwise very pleasant, owner pouncing on us as we arrived following a day of travel. We really just wanted to be left alone to arrive and unpack. Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car. 「Tony & Chris are fantastic hosts. They have a beautiful property decorated to a very high standard. The rooms and bathrooms are fantastic. The rooms are large and have a fridge and tea tray in the rooms. The property is in walking distance of the village and Emlyn Hotel where we were attending a wedding. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back k to stay again! 」
