"The room was a non smoking room yet it had a ashtray on the dresser (which was dirty with cigarette ash) the trouser press was loosely fitted to wall with one screw and u/s a number of the pictures affixed to the wall were UPSIDE-DOWN, and the room carpet was without a relationship with a vacuum cleaner. "The check in process was made easier due to clear instructions for an unfamiliar keypad system. The house was immaculately clean and any niggles attended to promptly by Jen. It is very convenient with most rooms en suite. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen utensils were well ranged and of a good quality.
