「Fantastic tranquil oasis in the heart of downtown. Apartment is tastefully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable. The security of the apartment and the parking was great. We had a wonderful stay, and would highly recommend.」

「The location of the property couldn’t have been more perfect. My husband and I wanted to see as much of Greenville as possible and we didn’t move our car until we left. We walked everywhere and saw the Riverwalk, went to a baseball game and ate at some great restaurants. The condo was immaculate, bed was incredibly comfortable and we had everything we needed!」

「As others have said, the condo is very spacious and clean and looks brand new. Very close to downtown and everywhere we needed to go in the area. The only negative and it wasn’t that big of a deal was the kitchen is very bare bones with not a lot of staples (such as no bottle opener). Would definitely recommend」

「This place is in a perfect spot. Safe and convenient, it’s close to everything one would want. Falls Park is a five minute walk, the Swamp Rabbit Trail is two blocks away, the baseball stadium is a 15 minute walk, and Gather GVL is an easy ten minute walk. The condo is exactly as described (and pictured), and very nicely equipped for a stay. If in Greenville again, this will surely be on the top of my search list.」

「My husband and I travelled to Lake Lure for my Spring Break. I have rented this condo before and it is the absolute best! Joy is so helpful if you need anything! She made sure she sent an itinerary of the resort offerings for the solar eclipse. The condo is well decorated and has everything you could possibly need to make it a relaxing stay! It is in a quiet location too! You have access to all the resort amenities! The beds are very comfortable! This condo will definitely stay on my list for...

「We were very happy with the location and the property itself. It is a very nice place. It is centrally located to all of the shops and restaurants. You don’t need to drive anywhere unless you need a grocery store. If we come back to Hendersonville we will stay here again. We were pleasantly surprised by the city itself. There is a lot to do in that small town. There are some very good restaurants that can compete with any big city. Shine was our favorite.」

「This property was perfect for our family of 4. We were in the beautiful king sized bed and our two young children on the pullout sofa. It was clean and included everything we needed for our weekend stay. The kids loved having s’mores in the firepit by the water surrounded by the beautiful fall foliage.」

「The inside of the property was great. Was very disappointed that both decks and the front entryway had obviously not been cleaned for sometime. Cobwebs, dust, and leaves made all of these areas very unattractive. It’s logical to assume that spending time on your decks would be one of the reasons people would choose this condo, and they had not been cleaned for a long time.」

The outdoor patio area was very private. Overall loved staying here. Property owner was such a delight to communicate with. Gave dinner recommendations. Just can’t stress enough how clean, cute, and homey this place was. 10/10.」

「Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. 「Property is great. And in a wonderful location! The only problem i had was the electricity had an issue one day and i didn't have wifi or a working washing machine or tv or lights working in the bedroom. They fixed it. But it took several hours.」
