“This house (happy days) is not cleaned properly at all, when we arrived the lawns were long and no maintenance crew attended for the whole 2 weeks of our stay making us not comfortable to let our toddler play outside, there was cockroach droppings all through the house and kitchen all through the utensils and plates and cups and cook ware, all through the dressers in each “room” and live cockroaches throughout the property, broken tv remote, broken stove top and a broken vacuum. Food crumbs on……

“A really lovely, quiet place where the property is the star. Friendly, welcoming hosts who allowed us total privacy to enjoy a quiet few days after a crazy busy year. Beautifully laid out park-like gardens with picturesque dams full of water lilies nestled among thoughtfully planted exotic species against a stunning backdrop of native flora. Tiny house was adequate for our short stay & we’d absolutely recommend this place to others wanting a quiet getaway.”

“Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment. Husband queried booking so we were moved into a 3bd townhouse, 2 rooms……
