「We were there during the hurricane.The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were safe, well fed and entertained as we dealt with this catastrophe. Many of the staff hadn't been home in days. Didn't know if they had a home to go to or even if family members were okay. But they continued to take care of us with a positive attitude always. Expedia charged me for a swin in suite but put on my reservations a junior suite. Resort did not honor what i paid for. My room was very nice but not what i booked through Expedia. Very angree about that. 」
