"The house was in a great location. Felt safe walking to and from both Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. The house itself was a good size for our group. However, it could certainly use some maintenance. The walls were scratched up from the chairs in the dining space and the shower situations weren’t ideal. "New Orleans is definitely a city where you walk a lot. Parking was plenty at this property. If you have kids there’s plenty of room when reserving downstairs and upstairs with this property, we had kids ranging from one-year-old to eight, and there were five of them. Being blocks away from playgrounds and great food was perfect for our party. We had a little bad luck with a couple appliances but management was quick to step in and fix. "The bed was very comfortable. The building is very old, but it was clean. There was not a coffee pot in the room, but there was at the front desk. I liked that the windows faced the patio, but you could close the shutters and make the room very dark if you wanted to sleep in. There was a ceiling fan and the AC cooled the room very well, which was nice since it was hot outside.
