“Nice question neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Few things missing from kitchen that made cooking a challenge, such as coffee machine, paper towels, can opener, and dishes were greasy and dirty. Top bunk bed was dusty and had hair on sheet. Bunk bed was also very creaky and squeaky at the slightest movement. Too much overpowering perfume, incense, candles and room freshener. The sheets were bundles up, could not tell what was clean and what was used. If more attention paid to cleaning this……

“UnaOf the worst experiences, they don't comply with what they say, very bad service, they ask to send money by cash app for security deposit but everything is bad, the air doesn't work, dirty sheets, smells bad, mosquitoes”

“If I could give it more stars, I most definitely would! The host is AMAZING with communication and very polite! Definitely enjoyed staying here just for a place to lay my head from enjoying my birthday out in Philly! Definitely would visit again!”

“STAY AWAY,Pics are doctored up.This is in a basement ,each room has its own keypad on door &very small rooms ,bathrooms are about 3 foot by 3 foot .And worry of all .We were down there from California for my first grandchild to have a 1/4 of his left lung removed at Philly Children’s hospital after being flown from California immediately after birth.So I had to leave my 3 daughters at the room cause not allowed to visit .About 10 minutes after leaving ,they call and ask me if I just put the key……

“Good location, nice outdoor space, newer furniture. We didn't find the bed or couch super comfy, but ymmv. Host was responsive and accommodating and very helpful with parking and checkout.”

“Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.”

“This little flat had everything we need and more. Loved the outdoor space! It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect but there really is not parking as indicated by the owner. Make sure you don't need it. Owner was quick to respond. Thanks for a great weekend! --Terry and Bob”
