"My stay at this hotel was excellent. From the moment I walked in the door and walked through the very quaint lobby area to the check-in desk, where I was greeted by Angelina I believe her name was. She was kind and gracious and welcoming. She offered options in terms of which floor my queen deluxe room was on, and I could not have been happier with the room… Keep in mind, This is a boutique hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but it was absolutely perfect for me. A corner room with huge windows at the end of the hallway provided lots of quiet. The hotel itself is positioned in a prime location in the city, in my opinion. The room, albeit small, had everything you could possibly need. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. "

"I recently stayed at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia by IHG for a birthday celebration, and I was so impressed by all the little touches—like the chocolate treat in our room and the late checkout, which was such a generous gift. After leaving, I realized I had accidentally left behind an item I’ve had since childhood. I didn’t notice until I was already back at school, and both my mom and I called desperately, hoping it hadn’t been thrown away. When I finally reached the right department, they immediately reassured me that they had it. I drove back that night to pick it up, and not only was it returned to me with a smile—they had washed it as well. That meant the world to me. Thank you for going above and beyond. Exceptional service and genuine care!"
