“I didn't stay at this hotel. I was booking a different hotel through Expedia and when the process finished I was informed that I was booked here, which is not in the city I was visiting. As far as I know the refund is in process even though it was non-refundable, so I appreciate their flexibility. And what's up with that, Expedia?”

“My family and I supposed to be recently guests at the Element Ewing Princeton between 7th July and 10th July during our trip in US.
