“Lovely clean, cosy accommodation with everything included for a great holiday. Brilliant location made it easy to get to anywhere in Cornwall. Yet quiet and rural with great views of the estuary. Really liked being able to walk into Padstow and back. All in all would certainly recommend for a couple. ”

“I received a free upgrade to one of the Lodges so don't actually know about Davy Cottage. However, the lodge called Owls Nest was lovely. Spacious, well equipped, clean and really comfortable. The view was great. Parking was directly outside. The road is rather pot-holed (not unlike the rest of the country!) and I didn't like the black towels which left lint all over me, but that is really me being finicky! We ate in the restaurant one evening which was very good. The peacocks were amusing,……

“After driving for 7 hours, arriving at the property, we struggle to contact the Host for the access/ key. After a lot of chase, the manager of holiday accommodations contacted the host and we were told our booking should have been cancelled. We could notice accommodation were occupied. WHERE DO I GO WITH KIDS AND OLD PEOPLE? NEVER WISH ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE IT.”

“Fabulous welcome pack, Lesley greeted us and made sure everything was ok. Tamsin’s Cottage was everything we expected and more. It felt loved and homely with everything you needed for a great stay. Our dogs were made to feel welcome and the field along the track was a godsend. The hot tub was a great way to relax even when the weather was rough we enjoyed watching the birds in the garden. The information book was full of great suggestions and covered everything you needed to know about. The……

“Superb location, metres from the slipway and harbour. Close to costal footpath and walk to Port Gaverne, restaurant, pubs and cafes. Very cosy cottage with wood burner. A few minor things like no fridge light, a few cobwebs but nothing to put anyone off. Well equipped kitchen and rear shared courtyard. I would return! ”
