"This is a separate unit in a large house that seems to be in a suburban area. I did not see much of the area, but it did not seem that there are any shops within walking distance, but my driving route was very direct, I arrived late at night and took off in the morning directly for an event, so I didn't check out anything off my driving route. The bedrooms were fairly large, with king-sized beds (I think). My bed was very comfortable, seemed new; the coverings were in the style of luxury hotels, with soft sheets in very good condition. There was a TV in each bedroom. The large double- sink bathroom has been described in other postings.There were previous comments about the kitchen/no kitchen. There is a room that has a kitchen appearance, with table and chairs, a small fridge, kettle, microwave. But there is no stove and no running water, just some bottled water. So it's not exactly a kitchen, and washing dishes (there are lots of dishes provided) would have to be done in the bathroom. But it's a place to store food, nuke it and eat it. The owner was very responsive, replying to my several messages within an hour. The directions for accessing the unit were sent via VRBO and they were very clear."
