"Excellent location. Right across the street from the Arch. A quick walk to the ball field and a lot of nice places to eat. In for a longer walk??? The original Union station is a site to see. Everyone was very nice. Our room had an amazing view of the Arch and surroundings. Recommend the avocado toast for breakfast. Yummy."

"What a find! We were looking for a hotel outside of St.Louis and asked ChatGPT for suggestions. The overall pick was The Principal. Great ratings, great rate. We were already impressed before we reached the hotel. Columbia is a beautiful city. As we drove down Main St it was like stepping back in time. The hotel has a history you’ll have to discover for yourself. You’ll be very happy you stayed here. Graphite, the restaurant, has to-die-for desserts and Cafe on the Abbey is a must for breakfast (be sure to pick up a pecan brownie to go!). We will be back for sure."

"House was perfect for our needs! Clean and updated. Nice to have washer/dryer access! Columbia is an adorable little town and we enjoyed eating at the local Thai and bbq restaurants. Close enough to go into St Louis but in a small quiet town. We chose the location as we were in town for surgery at Mercy South- very accessible to get to the hospital and then perfect accommodations for recovery with comfortable beds and couch, and desks for working. Appreciated that the updates didn’t remove the character of the home but made it so comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay- we will reserve again if we are in the area."

"The property was great. We were 10 minutes from the stadium in a great location. Kirstie was a great host. She let us check in early which just happened to fit perfectly into our plans because we got to St Louis a little earlier than expected. The house was clean and tidy. This was a larger space than we were expecting and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house held four men with room to spare so that we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. I had a great experience with Kirstie and would recommend this place to anyone."
