「Hotel was renovated but still same structures from the last owners. We got to the hotel 2:30 for a 3pm check in, it was 5 pm and no rooms were available yet. Then, we had to wait until 6:30pm to eat something as everything was closed. Food was bad, no variety of food. The snack bar was terrible and the service even worse. They have no sense of customer service. Jocelyn the bag attendant was very polite and friendly. The hotel has no entertainment and the drinks selection was cheap. I tried to...
