「The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room 」

「Beautiful room with almost everything you could wish for. My only gripe was the only mirror in the room to do hair and makeup was in the hall/alcove between bathroom and bedroom. Needed a mirror over the dressing table. However I always travel with an extension lead so I survived. Really would recommend.」

「Der Internetzugang war schwach und so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Es war nicht möglich, Dateien zu versenden oder Online-Recherchen anzustellen. Wer das WiFi beruflich nutzen will, sollte sich vorher vergewissern, ob hier Verbesserungen vorgenommen wurden. In der zugehörigen Parkgarage gab es erhebliche Probleme. Der Automat gab auch bei mehreren Versuchen kein Ticket heraus und zeigte auch nicht an, ob die Zahlung angekommen war. Der am Automat angegebene QR-Kode führte nur zu einer Seite, von der...

「Historic hotel in a lovely market town. Very clean, reasonably priced, excellent breakfast. Dinner was tasty but perhaps the portion was a bit stingy. Miles is an excellent waiter and all round go-to person. Very personable. 」
