Perched above Poldice Valley, the cottage offers contemporary comfort in Cornwall's lush countryside. Just a short drive to Truro, Falmouth, and north coast surf beaches. Equidistant between north and south coasts, it provides easy access to Portreath, Porthtowan, and Devoran's beaches. Nearby Mineral Trail offers cycling, walking, and horse riding. Various activities are easily accessible, including golf, surfing, and river trips. Beach 5 miles, shop, pub, and restaurant 1 mile away.
