「I guess the reviews are very mixed because of different expectations (and I guess Prices). We payed under 100usd per night in August 2023 and consindering that it was absolutly fantastic! If you expect a 5 star hotel you will probably be disappointed by one of the following things: mirrors weren't spotlessly clean, the bed was standing 90 Degress turned so it might be a bit short for tall people (but 2m wide), no room cleaning included, one of our toilets had trouble flushing (the swimmer kept...

「I loved that everything was nearby and within walking distance to downtown Tulum. There were lots of nearby food options, including great restaurants. The property was beautiful, the staff was amazing, the rooms were nice, and the rooftop pool was perfect!」

「The condo was very comfortable with a wonderful view of the water, right in the middle of the curve of Half Moon Bay. The beach area was very nice with shade and lounge chairs for the condo. Entry to the water was rocky in most areas but could be navigated with care and the snorkeling was excellent. We saw lots of fish, some rays and one turtle. 「This amazing condo was everything I didn’t know I needed on a temporary stay. The apt is gorgeous. It boasts an eastern coastal view and is an up and coming strip . It has very close access to beach and has in-house extras that felt good to return to. A roof pool is a short elevator up snd private hot tub a quick outdoors but private one flight of stairs. 「condo clean, lost power and water for a day and had to throw out 2 days worth of food, but owner is making it right with us. fifty steps to the ocean. cleaning lady was excellent. loved it.」
