「This is our 4th and best time at Dreams Tulum. The preferred club was well worth every penny. Manuel was incredible from the check in where we were whisked into a private lounge where we could eat and drink while checking in, no waiting. We wanted a quieter room and were able to move even thought the hotel was sold out, thank you Manuel and Victoria. 「A great stay in a beautiful location. I would call it a 4 star not 5 star but good for us -we are no frills folks so it felt luxurious. Some people might complain about minor issues. Running put of wine at the bar, minibar not restocked completely, but once you ask for something- they are responsive. When we arrived late in evening, our room smelled like a sewer and the tv didn’t work! Not a great start. When I spoke to the front desk the next say- immediately responded- fixed within the hour....

「The trolley drivers are especially helpful when getting in between the resorts and they are very accomodating.」
