「I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property appears to be quite dated, and the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet bowl had visible cracks, and the shower floor had noticeable yellow stains. The service was also lacking. Towels for the swimming pool took an unusually long time to arrive, and when we requested additional towels for our room, it took several hours for them to be delivered. We also asked about a late checkout but were not...

「We stayed in the Swedesboro location,from 4/3 - 4/4/26, the hotel was clean, smelling good, the staff was very nice and helpful . For example the free breakfast ended up at 10 as per hotel policy, however I showed up around 10:09. The chef asked me if I wanted something from the kitchen and he did provided it to me. Very nice place to stay in.」

「We’ve ordered a room For 5 ppl, paid over 400 bucks - and got a room with 1 bed! At one point they said they are not sure why this room is registered as 6 ppl and offered us extra blankets so we could put the kids in the floor! Even worst, we actually ended up not even having 1 blanket per person and my middle kid had to cover with a towel!!! Inacceptable!」
