"This is a reasonable enough middle range hotel. Pleasant staff as usual. Don't expect fluffy white towels or plush pillows though - these could certainly be replaced. Pillows lumpy and towels discoloured.Rooms near pool can be a bit noisy but this is not the fault of the hotel. Included breakfast adequate but not remarkable and the same can be said of the à la carte menu. The main problem is the location as nothing of much interest in walking distance. "

"This is an absolutely beautiful and welcoming property. I have traveled all over the world and this hotel is about the best I have ever stayed at. The staff is wonderful, the town of Sanur is interesting, and the gardens at the hotel are gorgeous. It is the closest thing to paradise"

"Excellent hotel, staff were incredible. Very nice restaurant, breakfast was amazing. Pool very nice. Gym very small, limited equipment. Location excellent for restaurants, spas, shopping. Beach only 5 min walk. Stay here you will not be disappointed."
