"Unfortunately we didn’t hear from the host until the day before our check in and we got VRBO Care involved. I just wanted a welcome from the host message so I knew she was expecting us. I have always gotten that in the past. There was no communication on what needed to be done upon check out so I assumed that I was to do nothing. The kitchen towel and wash cloth had big holes in them. On a positive note, it was very clean and looked like the pictures shown in the description. The house was...

"Beautiful, peaceful home. A few minor inconveniences. 1. The touch pad for entry is finicky - it takes several efforts. 2. Parking passes were provided, so you didn’t have to pay on street parking. The host was very nice and quick to respond to questions/concerns. They were very clear about the flight of stairs, but they didn’t concern us. However, older guests might find them difficult, especially carrying luggage. We would definitely book this property again."
