「The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend...

「The whole place is beautiful. The sunset at the serena pier was outstanding. Had a few drinks with our friends and laid on the bean bags for a few hours til the sun set. We did try all 3 restaurants and the food is amazing. The staff of the hotel and restaurant are very friendly and accommodating as always. 「We had a wonderful time, the pools were pristine, the food was good, and the location was walking distance to town or tuk-tuks available on demand. Best of all, the staff are superstars - the doormen, reception, restaurant, bartenders and cleaning crew - everyone was super nice, fast, efficient and caring. They were also available 24-7.
