“This is a lovely property, managed by a friendly and responsive host. I very much appreciated the high standard of cleanliness, especially with the linen which was impeccable. The property is close to the racecourse, to the Brewery Quarter and to the university. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Mo for your attentiveness. ”

“Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again.”

Our room was on the first floor, was very clean, had an air conditioning unit and included everything we needed for our two night stay. Our room included a kitchenette with a refrigerator, that actually kept our water cold, microwave, hob and a kettle. There was a wall-mounted television and free WiFi. “Almost everything about this stay was excellent. I would say that some of the interior is in need of maintenance (sagging floors) and one bathroom was tight spacing. The parking was not available but we were able to get parking nearby.”
