「Well maintained old Victorian building with lovely staff who were more than happy to help with any requests or act on any feedback. Good views and use of gardens, amazing breakfast. Well located with easy walk into Peel and round the corner from hidden gem the Cathedral. 」

Easily one of my best hotel experiences. My wife and i are local and just wanted a day/night without the kids and we absolutely loved it. We are going to make it a semi regularly thing. 「The property is in a great location with easy access by public transport from the airport. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and the free bottled water a bonus. A couple of gripes though the ensuite was very small and needs some TLC the tiles and shower need replacing and the toilet brush was not clean. Also we were only give one key this meant we had stopped stay together all the time. We also managed to lock ourselves out and had to wait nearly 2 hours fro staff...

I also found the room to be quite noisy - being able to hear showers running, toilets flushing etc from nearby rooms, early morning and during the night. 「We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. Only negatives were the apartment we rented was on the top floor (three flights of stairs) - no lift. So with heavy baggage it’s hard work but not a real problem for us. Bedroom is very small and...

We left before breakfast and the owners brought to our room a bag with goodies in for breakfast to take with us. The room was small but the only issue we had was the bed seemed very small for a double. Otherwise everything was fine. We always found a parking space near hotel.」
