“Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. “It’s really great hotel with great customer service. It’s almost 30 minutes walk from Kaaba. Shuttle service available but it’s ok not bad. For Friday prayers you have to take texi after 10 am . Overall good experience ”

“An amazing stay! The hotel is just a short walking distance to the Haram through Gate 1, making it perfect for Umrah. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a truly relaxing rest after long days of worship. Excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely return!”
