"Very clean hotel ,very kind and friendly receptionists and staff . Close to shops and restaurant's . Easy access to masjid al haram and right opposite the big Qatari mosque . "
"Very beautiful and clean place, has a 24 hour Shuttle dropping you off at the bus station which is a 5 min walk to the Holy Kaba. Staff is very friendly and will accommodate any requests you make. Will recommend this place. "

"I had a wonderful 5-day stay at park inn by radisson and couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay.
I especially appreciated the little details — from the smooth check-in process to the thoughtful amenities that made the stay feel extra special. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the atmosphere of the hotel was both welcoming and relaxing.

"The rooms are so tight, there's no space for luggage or to even eat properly and comfortably. It's pricey for the quality you receive here. If this hotel was next to the Haram, sure, I'd take it, but the quality is not at all worth the hassle esp being so far from the Haram. Invest into a closer hotel is what I'd do given the chance again."
"We had a great experience staying at New Level Hotel - Alshisha. The staff and front desk were extremely helpful throughout our stay — always friendly and responsive. While the hotel doesn’t seem to offer daily room service by default, the team was quick to act whenever we requested room cleaning, fresh sheets, or trash removal. Every request was met without hesitation, which we really appreciated.
The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the Jamarat station, which made commuting easier — though it's also within walking distance if you prefer. There are plenty of food options nearby, so meals were never an issue.
Even though it's farther from Masjid Al Haram, the comfort, cleanliness, and helpful staff made this a pleasant and stress-free place to stay during our Umrah. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a more affordable yet accommodating option in Makkah."
"It was good experience but the only thing is haram is little bit far every time i go to haram i have to pay 40 SAR average bcz transportation service takes time if you have enough time then no issues,view was good from restaurant,buffet was good in 25 SAR ."
