"Staff not very responsive to needs! I stayed for 12 days and didn’t get any room service, even after asking multiple times and being promised it would happen. Simple items like an iron was not available in the room and not upon request in reception, even though I could see irons behind the glass door of the reception office!"

"Reasonable and very clean. Location not too far from the haram- with shuttle buses constantly going there and back to the hotel. "

"Location is good. Close to bus stop which takes you to Haram bus stop. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby for very good price. Rooms were tidy. 2 of the 3 beds had problems but staff replaced them immediately. Honestly, cannot speak highly enough for the staff. They make this place worth booking. They were so attentive and responded to all our requests. Very kind and polite team. Thank you!"
