「This 5 star hotel was great, I asked for interconnecting rooms for the two rooms I booked and was given this and also was given a free upgrade of rooms with views of the Haram which was a good gesture from the hotel. Rooms were great with all the facilities needed for our stay and room size was adequate for us. 「Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels.
