Staff were friendly and welcoming, pool was clean, warm and comfortable. Room was clean,beds were comfy my children and myself slept well. Pancakes were delicious, didn’t care for the eggs as they were omelets and not scrambled but other than that. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and the breakfast was a nice touch. The associate Marsha, was extremely pleasant, helpful and great keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked!

We did not have the best stay on this trip. The toilet did not work in the first room so we needed to relocate to another room. The nightstand lamp did not work. The remote did not turn the tv off. The tv volume maximim setting was barely sufficient to hear it from the bed. The room was on the first floor with the window facing the back parking lot; each morning around daybreak the big trucks would idle loudly for 20 minutes. The shower sounded like a huge whistling tea kettle for some unknown reason. The indoor pool was not open. The staff was very attentive and courteous to meet our needs. The breakfast was good and the lady that keeps everything fully stocked and clean was very friendly and efficient. Overall, this Holiday Inn Express was good for the nightly rate but needs some TLC.

I called when I made my reservation to make sure their pool was running they assured me it was 5 days prior to my arrival when I got there the pool was down for maintenance I feel they could have told me that is the only reason why I went there the receptionist was not in a good mood the breakfast was terrible they have really gone down in my opinion the only good thing I encountered was the breakfast lady named Martha she was absolutely the nicest one there ! God bless you Martha

Room was in good condition.. Asked for towels to be exchanged on Saturday to front desk person, did not happen. I had to get them myself from the cleaning lady on Sunday who was very helpful. Worst of all, could not use the exercise room because their was a problem with the door for my entire stay

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, cleaning staff and food service staff were professional and efficient. Breakfast was very good-nice selection and clean space. Walls in room need painted-looked like wall damages were filled, but left unfinished. Unable to connect to wifi too.Check in was delayed due to staff not present. Waited 30 min for someone.(truly thought there was an emergency) Staff finally arrived from pool maintenence area. They offered apologies-encouraged them to leave a note or take a phone with them so customers can be assisted if not at front desk (I was not the only one waiting too). And check the shingles on the entrance roof-many missing and out of place (room window overlooked this area)
