“the room was not cleaned properly, the toilet seat has alot of stains, the toilet smells really strong, the shower is moldy, even though they „cleaned“ it. the breakfast buffet is really humble not worth the 7,50€ it just a sweet cold breakfast buffet with no warm Food and only few choices. it’s only good if you’re staying for a one night and you don’t care about the bare minimum of hygiene. The staff is nice and the internet is good, these are the good stuff ”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”
