"Had a fun time"

"I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."

"My boyfriend and I needed a quiet weekend away and this property did not disappoint. We fell in love with the rustic charm and the details of the decor. We honestly did not want to leave. The property owner left very detailed instructions and provided contact information. This was exactly what we needed. The price was decent considering you basically got a whole house to yourself. I have paid similar prices to stay in hotels but they all lack the charm that this property provided. We will...

"Large rooms and very homey and clean. All supplies nicely organized and plentiful. Nice coffee station!"

"Great set up for a decent sized group using this as a base to explore the area. My family enjoyed the property. There were a number of ants we had to take care of on that initial night, but I didn't notice them any more after that. But the property is great, I'd give the experience a 9/10."

"Our family of six fit perfectly in this home that was 10-15 minutes from American side of the falls. Easy parking and safe neighborhood. House is just what you need for a few days stay."

"15 mins after entering the property received complaints from owner. Tried to add rules and stipulations after receiving my money and contract was already signed, and made me feel like there was a violation of my privacy and rights, as well as racial profiling. Sent messages to me at inappropriate hours up to 2 am. Will not book again as I was very uncomfortable with treatment during the stay."

"The house was very nice considering the age and neighboring properties. Bring your own hair dryer, as the one provided looks like it could be a fire hazzard. Stereo and DVD players are broken so, if that's important to you, bring your own. We were glad to have off street parking. This was a great asset during our stay since we walked everywhere and never needed to move our car off the street."

"Getting to the property is very easy off the highway and has plenty of street parking. It is extremely close to the falls in all of the activities going on over there. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but there are a lot of families and other renters in the area. The house was extremely quiet and had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooking areas. You have full access to laundry, which we cleaned all of our clothes before we left, such a nice thing to do. I would definitely rent...

"My friends and I stayed at Julie’s home this past weekend for my bachelorette party. Julie was such an incredible host, she provided us with so many recommendations for the best wineries, restaurants, hikes, and so much more. The house was beautiful! Great views, very clean and organized. Totally stocked with everything we could have needed for the weekend. A perfect amount of space for the 9 of us in my group. We had the best time and will absolutely be staying here again! Highly recommend!!"

"We only had 4 garbage bags for the tall can in the kitchen. There were no potholders to get stuff out of oven. You need a sink stopper for the kitchen. Shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was placed too high and water got all over the floor. Took a very long time for the water upstairs in bathroom to get hot."

"The rooms are similar to small apartments. they have a living room and kitchen along with a large bathroom and large room. absolutely fantastic and beautiful place. it is a 5 minute drive from all the restaurants and shops "

"Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :)"
