“ran by an elderly couple very well. full english breakfast was personly prepared and excellent.”

“the property was set in a grate location for all the local amenities and roads, the interior was full of rustic charm.”

“Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet.”

“客房整體清潔，設施亦不錯。可惜我們被分配一間供殘疾人士使用的房間，由於淋浴間的特別設計，我們使用時令到整個洗手間的地面都被弄濕，很不方便。我們認為如果非殘疾人士要被分配到這類特別的房間，應先徵求顧客的同意，這樣在你情我願的情況底下，大家都覺得滿意一些。”

“Not exactly a five star hotel. Ok though for a stopover.”

“Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation.”

“環境很好”

“酒店位置於教堂和大型商場附近、非常適合自駕遊。酒店正門街道於晚上8時可自由停泊，或可停泊在路口的NCP，酒店可提供20%優惠。房間非常舒適，早餐非常豐富，是一間充滿人情味的酒店!!”

“Great place to stay for our journey home. Staff very friendly and helpful, ideal location just off the M5.”

“Good room, very nice breakfast, helpful staff”

“Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option.”

“Excellent stay. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good breakfast. Very nice toiletries too.”

“Green stays plan is good to keep privacy and cleaning needs at good balamce.”

“A beautiful spot and a lovely old mill building that has been renovated very well indeed. Rooms are very nicely decorated and appointed, with comfy beds and pillows.”

“Our stay was lovely room was just right as had all the amenities tv separate shower toilet tea coffee facilities good size comfortable king size bed electric heating internet, although place was a little tired it was well worth the money and would definitely stay again, as for stuff not liking can’t find any negatives”

“Very relaxing overnight stay at The Malvern - Fionnula on the check in desk was so lovely and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and my partner and I felt very looked after. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of toiletries provided. The spa itself is amazing with lots of different types of hot rooms and jacuzzi to relax in. I would definitely stay at The Malvern again! Thanks so much all.”
