“The staffs are dedicated and responsible which makes the stay a bonus. Safe and clean. Good location where you go to the beach and the old town in a couple of minutes. It’s recommended for the travellers to stay. ”

“Our small refrigerator was damage and it had an awful smell , like something spoiled was left inside. Never cooled off till the last night after they exchanged it for another. We did tell staff”

“Great value for money. Great location. Room was clesn and quiet. We appreciated the free mini bar, coffee and tea. Highly recommended!”

“The staff was really good but bear in mind that the reception only operated in certain hours and must inform the host if you’ll arrive early. The shower was not the best as the water splashes out easily since there’s no door. Location is amazing.”

“Todo bien. Solo que hay obra enfrente . Pero no hubo ruido”

“Great location in downtown San Sebastián. We really just wanted some beach days and pintxos and this location delivered! Lucas was very helpful with recommendations.”

“Good location, clean But please change the bed in room 1, its cracked and broken”

“The accommodation is right at the heart of old town walking distance to everything we needed. Beatrice on reception was a delight and made us fell so welcome. Claudia looked out for us when we had a bit of a mix up entering the property going above and beyond to make sure myself and my daughter were ok. I will treasure my time in San Sebastián and can’t wait to revisit. NB the location is noisy as it is so near to everything but it is just life and I did not mind it at all x”

“Estuvo bien”
