“服务很差，午餐已包含，让我们点饮料，给了早餐剩余的果汁，然后要收费40Sol，食物不好吃。房间里的拖鞋是很旧的塑料拖鞋，不肯提供一次性拖鞋。房间里一股卫生间怪味，所有的窗帘不遮光，让人睡不好。总之又贵又差！”

“Very convenient location as the hotel is in close proximity to the train station and bus station going up to the Machu Picchu. Room spacious and comfortable. Yummy breakfast with comparatively many varieties of food.”

“Let me begin by saying that the staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the following issues were present: Ther are 42 steep steps, often wet, to the entrance of the hotel. This was not disclosed online. Our room had ants; on the floor, in the bed, in the bathroom, and on our things. Extremely low water pressure in the shower and the handles were reversed. The water never got truly hot. The room was not cleaned while we were there. We had to ask for fresh towels and for trash to be……

“We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic.”
