“We have been coming to Ballard RV Park 10 yrs. Never thought they totally overlooked our reservation we made a year ago and paid in full 1 yr ago also. Vrbo was never contacted because we got an email showing everything was OK with the Gecko House and we were looking forward in staying there, our favorite house. When we got there Monday night because we were driving from NC across country, exhausted, to find someone else in our house , we freaked out. I went to the office and it was closed but……

"We stayed for three nights, and no one came to clean the room or ask if we needed towels. I don't know if this is normal. There was lemon water in the lobby on the first day, but from the second day onwards, there wasn't any. However, I still gave it five stars because everything else was perfect."
