「Staff is very helpful. The air company cancel the flight that I need for going home. The hotel staff helps me to talk with the air company and rearrange a flight for me. Also, the staff introduces something interesting in Buhara and makes me enjoy my travel here.」

「Malika Kheivak is not a luxury hotel but I'm not sure there are any in Khiva. Considering what is available and most importantly the location, Malika Kheivak is an excellent choice. It is inside the old town walls and so everything is nearby. It is great if you need to go back and use the toilet while you're exploring the town! 「Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.」

「シャーヒ・ズィンダ廟群の目の前にあります。入口までは歩いて１分程度。ビビハニム・モスクなども徒歩圏内。観光地巡りには便利です。ホテル自体も対応良し。このクラスのホテルでは珍しく、荷物を部屋まで持って行ってくれます。スタッフは英語が話せるのでコミュニケーションもOK。部屋は完全に独立した２部屋に分かれていて、なぜかトイレも２つ。一人利用でしたので持て余し気味でしたが清潔で快適でした。バスタブがあったのが一番の感激。日本人にはうれしい装備ですね。日本人の方は全く見かけませんでしたが、お勧めのホテルです。夜間にレギスタン広場周辺で食事をして、徒歩で戻りました。ホテルまでの道のりは暗いですが、治安の良さを感じました。」

「We were told the hotel is rated #2 in town, but it didn’t feel like it. Outside of old city, but walkable distance- about 10 min walk. I would rather stay inside the old town If we go next time. Also, mattresses are just too too hard ! Otherwise lovely stay - clean, safe and extremely friendly.」
