“Pros: Staff are friendly, beds were very comfortable & black out curtains were effective. Shuttle to Disney was very helpful too. Fairly reasonably priced. Cons: Property is in the middle of nowhere so no other choice but to eat at that hotel or Disney. Both are expensive. Lots of noise overnight, so bring earplugs, biggest con for me as a woman solo traveller was there is no internal lock on the room door, so if someone managed to get the code to your door, there was no internal lock. “Table wasn't clean in dining room. Gap in front door. Couldn't get through to maintenance or reception easily at all. Leaking hot tub bath. Blocked sink. Hard mattress in double room. No air con. Didn't like paying extras for activities. Should be included in high prices we paid. Beautiful location and helpful bus drivers. Buses should be more regularly. My son loved the lake and wildlife. Pool was good. Couldn't access cafe without wearing a swim suit even though I wasn't swimming!!!”

“Da eine Rekordhitze angesagt war, waren wir sehr erschrocken, dass es die in der Anzeige beschriebene Klimaanlage nicht in unserem Zimmer gab. Mit dem Deckenventilator war es aber aushaltbar. Das Frühstück war okay, aber auch nicht mehr. Auch das Restaurant am Abend servierte nur Fertigessen. Die Shuttle am Abend waren sehr überfüllt. Das Schwimmbad, das Zimmer und das Personal waren nett. Alles in allem: kann man buchen, aber man darf sich nicht zu viel erwarten.”

“Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.”
