"This is a lovely hotel in the heart of downtown. We loved our rooms, and most of the staff. The Valets and bellmen were wonderful! We were in town for a wedding (Off site) and they were so helpful with getting our car and all our luggage back and forth! However, they bartender at the bar and the waitress in the restaurant seemed as though they were not from the hospitality field. Terrible service and attitudes. The restaurant was overly expensive for breakfast and I expected phenomenal service which we did NOT receive. LOVED the location and character of this hotel."

"It’s such a beautiful property, and the owners were so kind. Our train was cancelled the morning of our departure, and they were very flexible with our check out times. They were also very sweet to allow us to have a photographer on site for a 40th birthday photo shoot. The neighborhood was quiet with a fun, funky vibe. It felt safe even with street parking, and there were some neat, walkable restaurants and bars nearby. GO TO ELIZABETH’S for breakfast/brunch. Holy wow. The location is still very close to the quarter, but not super walkable especially in the heat. If you’re fine with ubering and/or ordering delivery, this was a gem. And if you want a fun setting for photos? Can confirm that is a BLAST!"
