“This was almost a 5 star review - only 1 issue let it down. First the positives: Great location close to the beach and beautiful views from the pool area ( Pool area service very helpful and attentive). Breakfast was excellent - huge choice to cater for everyone and friendly chef preparing omelettes etc to order. Stayed here about 2 years previously - but since then chef and evening menu at the Kamal (casual restaurant) has been completely transformed - food is now exceptionally good. Room had……

“This is my 2nd stay at this resort. This was again a lovely enjoyable holiday. A special mention to the reception staff from check in to check out were all so friendly and helpful. Plus the free mini bus shuttle service was so reliable and convenient. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back.”

“I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff is fantastic, particularly Adriana, the receptionist, and Jackson, who served breakfast in the morning. They’re incredibly caring and offer amazing hospitality. It’s a 10-star hotel, not 8.8 as the ratings suggest! This is a new hotel with rooftop and ground-floor swimming pools and a sauna and cold water treatment on the first floor. They also provide free shuttle buses to the beach and Albufeira old town. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay”
