“I had a confirmed reservation for 2 rooms through Expedia. I called ahead telling the hotel that we were going to be a late arrival. They indicated our rooms would be available, no problem. Upon arrival, I was told I only had one room reserved. I showed the person my Expedia confirmation for 2 rooms. An exchange pursued with your reception person treating me like a feeble-minded idiot and telling me I had to pay again for the second room that I already had a confirmed by reservatio. Rude,……

“Not what I expected from the Expedia app! Call and check before you stay here.”

“Pleasant, quiet, comfortable stay”

“I have stayed at the Belen Baymont at least five times in the last 10 years and never had a problem. It is always clean and quiet. I like the fact that as I drive up from the south I don't have to make it all the way into Albuquerque the first day.”

“Manager was rude and unhelpful. They had no room available when we arrived. Told us to try across the street.”

“Amazing stay definitely will come back eventually and will recommend to friends and family breakfast was also a 10/10”

“The space was spacious and clean. It was the perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. The host was excellent very communicative. We even forgot an item when we checked out and the host brought it to the airport to us! Went above and beyond just to be a good person. Will definitely book again when I’m in the area.”

“The people running the property were so nice and accommodating. We came on a very cold day where temperatures were around 25 F at night. They brought us electric space heaters for our tent and each bed had a heated mattress pad or blanket. They mentioned that the new bathrooms just opened. 4 full bathrooms that were heated and equipped with stand up showers, just a short walk from our tent. We didn't end up eating in the restaurant due to our timing of coming and going but it was nice that they……

“Amazing property, lots of room to be comfy and cook. Bedrooms were palatial. Pool was monstrous, and clean. Check in and check out process was very smooth. A professional operation that leaves nothing to be desired.”

“The drive to our glamping experience was a treat of its own. We saw so many deer sitting under trees and strolling around as we approached the retreat. Our host, Annie, made us feel immediately welcome. Our tent was luxurious with exactly what was needed to make our stay perfect. It had a spacious area, water bottles in the mini fridge and a Keurig machine with plenty of coffee. The heated mattress added comfort and we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Full bath restrooms were very clean and……

“Very nice property and convenient location for our work. We were in town to work at a local hospital. Will use this one again if possible for our next trip.”

“The property was clean and communication was good. It was well stocked and would recommend staying here:) FYI: While at the time of booking it does mention there is an either a non refundable charge or a refundable hold for damages , the amounts were not shared upfront ( $1000 refundable or $98 non refundable ) so be aware of that.”

“The staff is kind and so helpful. They were available at anytime and checked in on us. We loved seeing the animals and walking around the beautiful property. ”

“The house is absolutely fabulous. All kinds of great stuff to do!! It’s very clean, beautiful property, and the people that own the property are excellent!”

“Excellent day place was immaculate clean wonderful. Our communication with the host was excellent. I would refer to anyone. We had a great time.”
