“Dwain was very helpful before and during our stay. The unit is really cozy but with enough space that we were able to have a few friends in for appetizers one evening and weren't on top of each other. The second bedroom was reconfigured to 2 twin beds which worked well for us. Easy access to everywhere we needed to be on this trip. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again on future trips.”

Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. “We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from……

“Love this place. Price is perfect. Beds are super comfy. The layout was cool. Having my own personal bathroom not attached to our room was different but I didn’t mind. Using the kitchen saved us money and not having to toss leftovers. I’ll definitely return. Keep in mind there’s No parking so you do find the closest open street parking spot. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or a couple on a budget!! ”
