「We had four people in the apartment and felt like the apartment would have been more suitable for two people. The kitchen wasn’t as equipped as we expected. The TV didn’t work. The pictures online did not reflect the apartment we had. We had to dispose of our own recycling and garbage. The shower doors were very hard to open and close and the door to the bathroom didn’t seem to work properly.」

Even them had hard time to get in touch. As we could not get in had to go and book another place and they refuse to refund my money. It is so unacceptable」
