Wonderful Venezia

I had a lovely but brief stay in this little apartment. It was tidy and well situated. It was very easy to find and near to the train station. It was a lovely location to spend a few days exploring Venezia.

VERY Nice place and Neighborhood

Great place, incredibly spacious for two people and it is in a great, very local neighborhood in Venice. Getting to the property was very easy, as we got in around Midnight and had no problem finding it. Will definitely consider booking again.

Pratique

Hébergement pratique, placé à proximité de la gare et d un axe de communication. Hébergement conforme au descriptif. Neanmoins, le wi fi ne marchait pas 1 jour sur 2. Pas de machine à café meme à moka en Italie ! Pas de liquide vaisselle ni eponge ni produits de dépannage comme dans d autres hébergements. Il faut donc penser à tout apporter c est dommage. Du coup nous n avons pas cuisiné sur place comme prévu. Appartement propre, géré je pense par un prestataire extérieur. Pas de communication reelle et humaine. C est un produit de placement. Pratique cependant je l accorde

mi piace lo standard omogeneo per tutti gli appartamenti veneziani che ho conosciuto: esterni e interni ben ristrutturati con un approccio minimalista ma completo di tutto il necessario. Di solito lo standard pulizia è alto livello e dà una garanzia di benessere in ogni appartamento. Lo standard per Herion è inferiore ad altri apt (per es Luxury palace 5 o Academia) e sembra più trascurato. La testiera del letto scrostata o il mobile di cucina rovinato sono dovuti a clienti maleducati ma non fanno una bella impressione e la presa del comodino non funzionante, le stoviglie lavate e lasciate in lavastoviglie e nessuna raccolta differenziata suggeriscono il bisogno di una supervisione?

Die Lage ist wirklich super in einem sehr schönen und bunten Viertel. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider sehr dürftig. Es fehlten die Basics wie z.B ein Schneidebrett, ein Pfannenwender oder eine Möglichkeit einen Café zu machen.

Great location

The apartment was spacious and in a great area with many restaurants and shopping. Also away from the heavier crowed areas. The only negative was that some construction was going on next door with loud hammering in the early morning hours. Our host was quick to respond when we needed anything.
