"Arrived 1 hour after check in time. Property had not been cleaned after recent booking. Trash piled up in the trash cans. Dirty towels on bathroom floor. Bedding looked like someone crawled out of bed and didn’t straighten up. (So dirty bedding) The 4 of us quickly made the decision to drive 8 hours back home after a long day of fishing rather than stay here. Totally unacceptable, I want a complete refund."

Parking in front is great as well, pull up unload your luggage and walk right in the front door. The ice machine on the back dock is a bonus. Overall, this boathouse is awesome, we will be booking again soon!"
