It got 4 stars because furniture very old imagine going to ur grandparent's house and furniture is over 30 years old no cushion left in the couch or chair no softness whatsoever but beds nice oh and internet majorly slow make sure u come fully work free. The area though oxnard shores for a beach town very quiet the beach is trashed literally debris everywhere branches...

「Spacious, very clean, and well organized condo with beautiful mountain views from the living room and the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for our family of five—plenty of room and privacy for everyone.The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved making breakfast each morning and enjoying it on the upper terrace—definitely our favorite part of the home!
