"Breakfast wasn’t included (even though thru the booking process it said it was) so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was very nice, room was clean, bathroom was incredibly clean, staff were awesome. Overall we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again. "

"Rooms are big and they keep the hotel very clean. Breakfast is always good and even one day my daughter got dizzy-sick they activated a protocol with first aid. Awesome and recommended. The rooftop is fantastic "
