「The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good.」

「Staff are nice, breakfast is decent. Room definitely needs some improvements such as changing those broken blinds and broken floorings that they only covered with a thin rug.」

「The room was clean, bed ok. The breakfast was ok, I have been to better but far the most part it was adequate. No pool was a bummer. If just need a room for the night this place would do nicely.」

「Good location, helpful staff. The breakfast was good too. The air in the room seemed a little damp, but they had boxes of dehumidifiers and new A/C units in one of the halls, so I think they were in the process of replacing them.」

「The room was large and very clean. Everything seemed to be in good condition. Spent more for the room than I normally would but it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to see the Ark Encounter.」

「They put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking, but they were very accommodating and moved me the next day, when one was available there is no breakfast in the morning which that would be nice if there was other than that it’s a great motel, and I would recommend it to anyone」

「Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and personable. The pool was at a great temperature. Unfortunately the Jets in the hot tub were not working. On our last day, the breakfast was delayed in opening because of a staffing issue, but the front desk staff handled it really well. Good variety at breakfast and nice common area near the lobby to play games with our family. We would stay there again.」

「Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Someone had been smoking in the room that was supposed to be non-smoking. The air conditioner did not work adequately. The smoke detector was torn off the wall and on a table, no stopper in the sink, no plastic cups in the room, no napkins at the breakfast. The staff was cleaning the lobby well in the morning. There was adequate parking. We were able to check in a little before midnight after arriving late in the area.」
