“This beautiful cabin is in the heart of rolling hills! It was spotlessly cleaned and smelled so fresh! Beautiful outside areas including fireplace and outdoor furniture and games! Short drive to distilleries and wineries! Kim and Ryan were so gracious! Will make this a yearly retreat! A big plus- cats, goats, cows and Otis the donkey!!!”

“This is a great cabin, clean, and well equipped with everything you need. Overlooking Kentucky River. Peaceful setting, quiet, birds chirping, friendly and caring community. Front porch with swing, back porch with hot tub lounge chairs, back room screened in and furnished, large indoor living area with media. Owners communicative (through Vrbo site) and helpful. Guestbook provides instructions for everything in the cabin and recommendations for places to eat or explore. Overall, a very pleasant……

“We very much enjoyed the cabin/house, especially the history. So glad the original structure is still there and the decorating fits the time period. It is also well appointed. I had fun imagining the original owners. The location is so peaceful yet central to many attractions. I definitely recommend the property.”

“Let’s start with the negative…I am only allowed to rate the property on 5 stars, instead of a WELL DESERVING 10!!! This place is amazing! The home (not house, there is more than enough character to go around which puts it on another level as far as I’m concerned) is located conveniently off the highway and is situated on meticulously maintained grounds. Plenty of space to host a larger crowd or spread out and seek privacy. We’ve stayed in numerous different areas around the country and this……

“We stayed here with friends for a bourbon trail weekend. Such a great place- secluded, all the amenities you would need. Great basement with bar area, outdoor fire pit. Comfortable beds. Don’t hesitate to pick this cabin.”

“Though the Bourb Inn sits on 30 acres in a rural community, it is just off I -64 and so close to everything. The cabin is appointed better than any other rental I have Stayed at. They thought of everything. The entire cabin was recently renovated, even the bathrooms are brand new. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen, and the property is gorgeous. We will be back to the bourbon trail and this is the only place I would ever stay.”

“We wanted to do the Bourbon trail, stayed a few nights in Louisville and moved to the vrbo... it was SO NICE to get out the city, see the rolling hills, be within 30 mins of anything we wanted to do and have peace a quiet in the country. The cabin is pretty well stocked with anything you need, is so cozy! The other best part, the animals are so stinking sweet! We are planning another trip and if we dont bring our camper, the cabin is top pick for us to stay at again. Thank you ladies, everything……

“This cabin is everything and more! I can’t say enough good things about staying at Denali Stud. Clean, peaceful, relaxing. The horses are beautiful. Everything you need is provided for you. Claire went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I don’t think I have ever felt more at home away from home. Did I mention that the horses are beautiful? I would recommend this place 1000%. If you are hesitant, don’t be.”

“What a great property to unwind after a day of Bourbon Trail visits. The peace and quiet and sitting out on the front porch with a beverage was just what we needed. The house was just as advertised. The decor was wonderful, snacks and waters got us thru some afternoons. The walk up the hill to see the sunset is a must. Beautiful pictures with the horse that came by. Would absolutely come back again, we are planning next years trip already. Had no issues at all.”

“I really enjoyed my overnight. The living area is so comfortable and the decor and books right up my alley. The bed and linens as well as pillows were so comfy and I slept great! Nice and neat kitchen and bath. A few suggestions I have would be to just add a railing up the stone steps from the street. I knew about them but with luggage and food bags it’s very difficult to walk up and down only touching a tree stump or rock here and there. Also the cabin did not smell fresh. I would maybe spray……
