“Sa;rah at the front desk gave us a lovely room at the end of the hallway. It was amazing for the view and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay,. Elijah made a very nice espresso martini that we sipped while watching the sun set over the river. ”

“It was nice to be right in downtown Bay City in walking distance of restaurants and 4th of July activities. We are from Bay City and enjoyed being an out of town guest!”

“Breakfast staff, the breakfast ambassador was great. Very friendly and kept food stocked. Her fill in on her day off. Not so good Rarely was anyone at the front desk. Calls went to a message machine. Two nights in a row ZERO parking. Had to wait until staff left their shift and 2nd night had to create one. Didn’t clean our room the second day, our do not disturb sign was not on. Then when they finally did it. Very minimal.”

“Room was clean and neat, check in at midnight was easy, breakfast had a nice touch with the blueberry jam along with the syrup and sprinkles.”

“This property is a current work in progress...I hope. The room was stellar and redone VERY well. The rooms was clean and staff were kind and helpful. There are a few areas that still need to be redone (e.g., the ground floor walk way to elevator looks like a trap house, and elevator sounds like it it’s pleading for oil/lubrication.). The let down was the pool. If you are looking at the pictures of the pool that extends from inside to outdoors—I have some bad news for you. They filled in the……

“The room was super clean - the entire hotel was clean. The staff was friendly - especially Art. He was extremely helpful!! The beds were comfortable, ample parking & the a/c worked well. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but it smelled great!”

“We booked 2 rooms. Room #1 The first room they put us in had moldy food running down the nightstand and onto the carpeting. They moved us to another room which had broken furniture and black mold in one corner. Room #2 Also had broken furniture and didn’t have hot water. They told them to shower in a different room which was nice and had new flooring in it. Why we didn’t get updated rooms is a mystery to me. It seems there were a lot of contractors staying there. The grounds are also not……
